Vineyard Microclimates: What's your ripening curve?(CCVT)

This workshop will educate growers on vineyard microclimates in Paso Robles. We will explore sunlight and grape temperatures in different row directions, trellis types, and canopy management scenarios. Growers will learn best practices to reduce sunburn liability and improve vine balance during ripening.  This meeting will run from 9am-11am.

Field Demo: measuring solar radiation and grape temperatures in the vineyard.  Join us in the vineyard where we will show growers a number of canopy management trials and how to measure microclimates and discuss the management decisions that can be made for vineyard design, trellis design and retrofit, and canopy management.
