Technical Issues?

On-demand courses are designed for your convenience, though technological glitches are sometimes inevitable.
If you encounter any issues, try the following:

  1. Use the most up-to-date version of your browser.
  2. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.).
  3. Try a private window in your browser (e.g. Chrome's Incognito mode, or Firefox's Private Window). This opens a fresh browser window without any extensions or settings blocking your content.
  4. Try a different device (mobile phone, tablet, PC/Mac laptop/desktop, etc.).
  5. Restart your device.

If you encounter ongoing technical issues, kindly reach out to hayli@vineyardteam.org.
