Fritz Westover, owner/operator of Westover Vineyard Advising describes growing conditions and challenges in multiple states across the Southeastern United States and Texas.  Fritz’s career has taken him from Pennsylvania to Texas, California to Italy, giving him a unique perspective on growing grapes in different conditions around the world.
